The Target


The innocent person who has been chosen to be destroyed. They are usually ‘easy targets’ who live alone. The target has become the common ‘enemy’, through being falsely accused of a heinous crime, and this slander is used to convince and unite generally everyone else against them. The false accusations are noticeable for being devoid of credible evidence or proof. It must be emphasized with the public that they are innocent and targeted.

The Stalkers


A group of any number of perpetrators, undertaking the covert abuse, harassment, stalking, and torture, sometimes the murder, of the target. It is similar perhaps to police harassment, or the intimidation of jurors or witnesses to a crime. Other people usually don’t notice the stalking and harassment, and they definitely don’t see all of it. Great pains are taken to hide any evidence, or actions are given an appearance, or status, of ‘validity’. Accusers, also known as liars, will help to spread disinformation, lies, slander, and libel, against the target, and make the target appear to be guilty of a heinous crime, or mentally ill, that they deserve to be harassed.

The Instigators


Called for the particular target to be chosen for the stalking and harassment, and are overseeing the operation. They are usually unknown, sometimes even to the perpetrators. They appear to be legitimate law enforcement officials and other important people with authority, due to their providing fake documents and files. Whoever requested the stalking may be anyone for whatever reason, with reasons including revenge, entertainment, or prejudice.

The Unsuspecting Public


The greater public are either ignorant of the abuse, believe the lies coming from the accusers, or are watching passively, occasionally, or helplessly. This is the reason organized stalking has been able to go on for years, while many targets’ have been harassed, tortured, and murdered.

The Assistants


Often unsuspecting members of the public, who either receive training by perpetrators, or are recruited through being made to believe the lies about the target. They will in some way help the other accusers and stalkers to ‘neutralize’ or destroy the innocent target. Non-targets who are normally around the target, are herded away by the perpetrators, in order to isolate the target.
