Moni on ihmetellyt, miten ja missä ihmisiä värvätään kohteen vainoamiseen. Tuskin mitään värväystoimistoja ainakaan onkaan olemassa. Amerikkalainen vainotuksi joutunut Terry Wagar on sitä mieltä, että vainoamista organisoi Amerikassa poliisit, FBI ja muut lainvalvontaan osallistuvat organisaatiot. Vainotut olisivat poliisien peiteoperaatioiden (sting operation) kohteita, jotka sellaiseksi on valinnut joku korkealla tasolla edellä mainituissa organisaatioissa oleva henkilö. Näiden operaatioiden tarkoitus on yleensä lavastaa kohde rikolliseksi eri keinoin, ja heidät usein lopuksi tapetaan. Tämä voidaan tehdä esim. hitaasti myrkyttämällä, jottei murha ole liian ilmeinen.
Operaatioissa käytettävät siviilit olisivat poliisien sukulaisia, ystäviä ja tuttuja. Tämä on tähän mennessä ainoa uskottavalta kuulostava selitys sille, miten värvääminen myös joukkovainoamiseen onnistuu. Mutta vainoamiseen osallistuvia vaikuttaa toisaalta olevan niin paljon, että asia ei ehkä ole niin yksinkertainen. Myös se, että kohteeksi valitaan usein aktivisteja ja valveutuneita kansalaisia, viittaa siihen, että vainoamista organisoidaan poliisia korkeammalta taholta.
Joka tapauksessa näihin peiteoperaatioihin kuuluu olennaisena osana kohteen asunnon ympäristön haltuun ottaminen, mikä minun tapauksessani on ainakin tapahtunut. Naapuriasunnot ja todennäköisesti lähes koko rappu, jossa asun, on nyt vainoajien/ilmiantajien asuttama.

Police involvement in gang stalking
"Gang-stalking is police activity that police are involved in, and they do in fact recruit many many civilians into gang-stalking people, and they get away with it because it is the police that start it and organize it and fund it, and it is our controlled major news media that looks the other way when police organize against individuals, thus most people are simply unaware of these crimes.
Gang-stalking starts against someone because someone has complained to police about somebody, and the police in turn investigate/target that person, and that person gets gang-stalked by those officer’s and by anyone police turn against that individual, and that is how it gets started, sometimes it gets started because someone in law enforcement has it out for that person, reasons can vary. suffice it to say that if you are under investigation by police then you are being gang-stalked whether you notice it or not.
Hollywood movies and news reporters want you to think investigators just ask people questions and if police are watching your movements then they have one cop sitting in an apartment across the street with binoculars, and that’s just crap and Hollywood bull, the reality is if you are under investigation then several officer’s have been assigned to stalk you, and they have a tried and true method of stalking people, and they have been doing this to people for many many many many decades and know what they are doing.
Everyone knows about the term “Investigation” and everyone hears about it all the time, yet very few people actually know what police actually do when they investigate someone, or how to even explain the term investigation, so I will help you out with that, are you familiar with drug busts and prostitution stings? have you ever heard about the details of such police operations? are there always more than several officer’s involved in those operations? yes? well guess what, when police investigate someone they assign several officer’s to target that person, EACH AND EVERY TIME!
When police investigate someone they surround that target with their officer’s and their accomplices in order to CONTROL THE SURROUNDING AREA AROUND THE TARGET! which means they evict your neighbors and take over the surrounding apartments around their target!
Once police have control of the surrounding area they break into their targets home when target is away at work or out of town, and they bug it with video and audio equipment, and yes it’s illegal for them to do that, but since it is the police doing it they will never arrest themselves and they have no intention of letting you know they did it, and they spy/record you in your home!"

I don't who organizes my targeting, but the police is certainly involved. I tend to think that gang stalking is organized on a higher level than the police, at least in some cases, because many targets are activists and dissidents, people who are a threat to the powers that be.
Anyway, those who are behind my targeting have indeed taken over the surrounding apartments, they're basically just bases for my surveillance and harassment.

Kidutus on käynnissä koko ajan
En ole pahemmin päivittänyt tänne omia kuulumisia viime aikoina, koska se menisi itseni toistamiseksi. Mutta sanottakoon sen verran, että kidutus on käynnissä jatkuvasti, tänäänkin se alkoi heti herättyäni. Pahin oire, kuten ennenkin, on voimakas polttava kipu jaloissa, mutta muutenkin kuumottaa ympäri kehoa. Suojautuminen eri keinoin helpottaa oireita, mutta kukin voi itse yrittää kuvitella, kuinka helvetillistä on olla omassa kodissaan käytännössä kuin kidutuskammiossa. Teen myös työtä kotoa käsin, joten tilanne on sikälikin mahdoton. Ennen kuin on suoria todisteita säteilytyksestä (tai ultraäänien käytöstä), on kuitenkin turha tehdä rikosilmoitusta tai kantelua asiasta.
